A growing technology services company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Help Desk Engineer II to join their team. This is a full time onsite orle supporting a variety of clients across different industries. You'll work hands on with Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management while collaborating with a small group of experienced engineers wo enjoy problem solving and working with new technology.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 or more years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Understanding of basic networking concepts including VPNs, DNS, and TCP / IP
- Experience troubleshooting hardware such as laptops, printers, and VOIP phones
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work onsite in the Phoenix area and occasionally travel to client locations
- Self motivated with the ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities independently
