Project Manager — Industrial Water Infrastructure

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong estimating experience to manage industrial water infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a proven ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Estimating and Preconstruction :

Prepare detailed cost estimates, conceptual budgets, and bid proposals. Analyze plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate pricing and value engineering options.

Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

Develop and maintain project schedules and cost tracking systems. Forecast project needs and adjust resources to maintain project goals.

Direct field staff, coordinate with Superintendents, and manage relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations throughout project delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfaction.

Pay : $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
