Job Title : General Dentist

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Location : Jackson Township, NJ

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation : 33–35% of collections or a daily guarantee of $750–$800 for the first 6 months (bi-weekly pay)
  • Average Earnings : $200,000–$500,000 per year
  • Insurance : Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Retirement : 401(k) with 4% company match (eligible after 1 year; 100% vested on Day 1 after eligibility)
  • Continuing Education : 10 CE credits annually, plus access to Annual Doctor Summit
  • Professional Development : Quarterly Study Club

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including :

    • Molar Endodontics

  • Crown & Bridge
  • Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry
  • Dentures and Extractions
  • Educate patients on oral health and proposed treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Prescribe medications as needed
  • Deliver high-quality care in a modern, team-driven environment

    • Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted New Jersey dental license
  • Proficiency in general dentistry procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills
