A company is looking for a VP, Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee care delivery and practice management teams, focusing on innovative care model improvements and achieving department KPIs
Establish quality assurance indicators and monitor patient satisfaction to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate across departments and educate external organizations on the care delivery model and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Licensed healthcare professional (MD, NP, RN, or LCSW) preferred
12+ years of healthcare and leadership experience
Graduate-level degree in relevant fields (Masters or above)
Proven track record of KPI achievement in a healthcare delivery organization
Experience in change management with documented success
