Location : Raleigh, North Carolina. Travel territory : NC, SC, VA. Regular overnight travel required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the lead technical resource across your region
- Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Manage service scheduling, equipment documentation, and part inventory with minimal oversight
- Provide training or guidance to junior FSEs as needed
- Participate in after-hours and emergency on-call rotations (rotational)
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing and hospital access requirements
