Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Position Overview : We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team! This role is primarily administrative, with occasional support in the back office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical office operations, and the flexibility to assist clinically when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pull and review reports, including billing and pathology reports
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide occasional back-office support (vitals, patient prep, etc.)
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications :

Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
