We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our North America Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between sourcing and engineeringensuring smooth execution of projects related to elevator components. What You'll Do

• Support Sourcing Projects : Prepare and analyze RFQs / RFIs to ensure competitive and accurate supplier proposals.
• Coordinate Technical Requirements : Gather drawings and specifications for RFQs and schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering teams.
• Manage First Article Inspections : Submit requests through internal systems and follow up until completion.
• Maintain Accuracy : Update RFQ tracking systems and load supplier pricing into ERP systems.
• Ensure Timely Implementation : Follow up with awarded suppliers and collaborate with other departments for cadence reporting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomfield, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
