Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) - Full-Time

Magnolia Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our rapidly growing, privately owned, and operated full-service small animal hospital. Since 2021, we have been proudly serving Cannon Falls and the surrounding communities. At the end of October, we are moving into our brand-new 6,000 sf bright, modern animal hospital that is equipped with state of the art veterinary diagnostic and surgical equipment, including a full in-house Abaxis laboratory suite, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, separate cat and dog areas (front and back of house), full surgical and dental suites and large treatment area, to name a few.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for caring for our clients and patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills. New graduates are welcome to apply!

The Certified Veterinary Technician is responsible for :

• Providing excellent care to clients and patients
• Managing records accurately
• Preparing for and assisting with surgical, dental, and anesthetic procedures
• Conducting medical case work-ups, including running bloodwork, fecal analysis, and urinalysis

Our Clinic is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5 : 30pm

Schedule :

Full time is considered 36 to 40 hours per week

Flexible schedule to coordinate with CVT team

Education :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Veterinary Technician Certification (Required)

Experience :

Veterinary Setting - 1 Year (Preferred)

Customer Service - 1 Year (Preferred)

Work Authorization (Required)

Pay :

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
