Your day as a Process & Automation Specialist
As a new Process & Automation Specialist at Barrett Petfood, you can expect a dynamic work environment where every day presents an opportunity to innovate. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM. You'll begin each shift by reviewing packaging goals and identifying areas where automation can enhance efficiency. Collaborating with a skilled team, you'll implement and monitor automated processes, troubleshooting any issues that arise in real-time.
Daily tasks may include analyzing data to improve workflows, conducting routine maintenance on equipment, and participating in team meetings. Your role will also require engaging with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, fostering a customer-centric approach while maintaining a strong focus on safety and integrity.
