Claims Supervisor - Illinois Licensed

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Commercial Auto Small BI / PD.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service

Promote best practices in claims handling according to company standards

Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Claims background in Auto BI / PD

Prior leadership experience of 5+ years
