About The Position

Job Title : X-Ray Tech Profession : Radiology / Cardiology Specialty : X-Ray Tech Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift : 8 hours (15 : 00 - 23 : 00) Experience : Minimum of one year experience required License : ARRT R Certifications : BLS Must-Have : - ARRT R - BLS - Minimum of one year of EPIC experience Description : The position requires evening shifts from 15 : 00 to 23 : 00. Weekend coverage is necessary, with every other weekend required. Candidates must have a total of at least one year of experience in the field. Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. Skills required include forms of abdominal imaging, C-Arm procedures, and various trauma cases. The role may involve interaction with diverse patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Staff may be required to float to different units as needed. Compliance with infection prevention and isolation precautions is essential. The role includes conducting portable and bedside procedures as required. Completion of additional required training or modules may be necessary prior to starting. Candidate should demonstrate knowledge in radiation safety and preparation of contrast media. This position is suitable for individuals with a commitment to patient care and teamwork. Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient volumes and needs will be advantageous in this role.
