Refugee Health Outreach Specialist (Nashville)

Inspiritus' Refugee & Immigrant Services team provides support to individuals and families rebuilding their lives in the U.S., guiding them on a path from surviving to thriving. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, we provide quality services to newcomers in and around Savannah, Nashville, Birmingham, and Atlanta. Under the direction of the Refugee Services Program Manager, the Refugee Health Outreach Specialist will provide individualized mental health education and outreach for newly arrived community members. This role conducts RHS-15 screenings, delivers trauma-informed education, and connects participants to culturally appropriate mental health resources.

Position Details :

• Full Time, Non-Exempt

• Conducts one-on-one outreach and mental health education
• Administers RHS-15 screenings and tracks referrals
• Reports to Refugee Health Coordinator
• Located in : Nashville, TN
• Work Environment : This is a hybrid position
• Local travel is estimated at 20-50%.
• Standard operating hours for Refugee Services is 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. Exact starting and end hours can be discussed and adjusted with direct supervisor.
• Annual Compensation : $19.23 - $21.64

Physical Demands :
