ER RN Job Details – Lancaster, SC Location : Lancaster, South Carolina 29720 Assignment Type : Travel nursing job Facility Type : Short-term acute care hospital Unit : Emergency Department (ED) Start Date : December 8, 2025 End Date : March 9, 2026 Duration : 13-week contract Shift : Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM Schedule : 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts per week Hours per week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,650–$1,770 Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Charting System : Epic EMR Scrub Color : Royal Blue Parking : Free on-site parking Emergency Room Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience Active South Carolina RN license or Compact nursing license (must be in hand prior to start) BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required TNCC certification preferred Charge nurse experience required Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs Experience caring for neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered) ER RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations Perform triage, assessment, and interventions based on patient acuity Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and social services Serve as charge nurse, offering leadership and support to the Emergency Department team Float to similar units as needed to support hospital operations Accurately document patient care in Epic EMR Participate in weekend and holiday rotations Comply with all hospital policies and procedures Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
