ASSOCIATE – INSURANCE RECOVERY
Location: Washington, DC

Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join their Insurance Coverage Litigation practice.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
• At least two years of experience in insurance policyholder work at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique, OR one year of insurance policyholder experience combined with federal judicial clerkship experience.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent policyholders in high-stakes commercial insurance coverage disputes.
• Enforce clients’ rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies.
• Collaborate with a nationally recognized team on some of the largest policyholder cases in the country.
