A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Team Manager to lead business development and growth efforts in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Strategic Sales Managers and maintain high-level corporate relationships with assigned Strategic Account customers
Develop and implement action plans to achieve customer share growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
Prepare reports on activity, performance against targets, and maintain all field activity in the company CRM portal
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the compressed air business, with at least 5 years in managing high-performance sales teams
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, thermal & power engineering, chemical engineering, business, or equivalent work experience
Strong technical and commercial acumen to translate product capabilities into customer benefits
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools
Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis
