Tableau Developer / Analyst

Job DescriptionBase-2 Solutions is seeking a Tableau Developer / Analyst. The ideal candidate is personable, articulate, has a keen eye for detail, with a focus on making sure the customers' requirements and needs are met quickly and effectively. Solutions should adhere to best practices, reference frameworks, regulations, and guidelines. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interface with customers to understand requirements and customer needs and then be able to translate them into actions.Job DutiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into interactive graphic visualizations / dashboards.Develop, maintain, and manage Tableau driven advanced reports and dashboards per customer requests.Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and architects to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshooting any issues.Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping / design.Interfacing of Tableau Dashboard with external portal, applications, and datasetsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across
