The Occupational Health Clinic Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily onsite clinical operations, with a focus on Workers’ Compensation, employee health services, and case management. This role involves collaboration with first responders and a remote Medical Director to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient care delivery. The position allows for a strong emphasis on quality, documentation, training, and program coordination, with patient volume ranging from 0 to 15 visits per day.
ResponsibilitiesThe work environment is an onsite clinic setting within a manufacturing site that spans approximately 1 acre. The clinic is supported by EMT staff and first responders. The role offers a predictable patient volume with a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
