Central Planning Lead (Sr Program Manager)

This role is responsible for project management across key sales initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of sales engagements in close collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners.

BP&O Central Planning Lead

Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Drive standardization and continuous improvement in sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including : defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Operational Efficiency : Drive operational excellence through the identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segments
• Executive Communications : Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, performance metrics, and key issues into a comprehensive portfolio view, enabling informed decision-making and strategic guidance
• Performance Measurement and Optimization : Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual projects, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
