What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair a variety of major home appliances including refrigeration, cooking, washer / dryer, and dishwashing equipment
- Provide courteous and professional service at customer sites
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the service department
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer training sessions
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture
