Licensed UAS Pilot (2-3 years) (Intermediate Level)

Think Tank is a woman-owned small business with more than 27 years of proven success delivering exceptional IT and consulting services to the federal government. We are currently seeking an ideal candidate for the position of Licensed UAS Pilot (2-3 years) (Intermediate Level) to support a high-impact staff augmentation project with Fairfax County, Virginia. This position is conditional upon contract award expected in September / October 2025. Résumé of successful candidate(s) will be included with our proposal. The requirements are as follows :

• Flies unmanned aerial vehicles for a variety of purposes.
• Performs flight planning for both 2D and 3D imagery projects, sets physical ground control targets, processes imagery to create 2D / 3D products including image mosaics, elevation models, 3D mesh, and point clouds, produces accuracy report for finished products.
