VP, Operations (Remote - US)

This high-impact leadership role oversees the day-to-day operations and growth of a key program dedicated to improving care delivery for underserved communities. You will manage a large, multi-disciplinary team, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities while scaling services efficiently. The VP, Operations will collaborate across clinical, product, finance, and growth functions to optimize workflows, implement performance metrics, and lead change management initiatives. This position provides the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, shape operational practices, and deliver measurable outcomes that directly improve patient care. The role is fully remote, with the flexibility to support a California-based team.

Accountabilities :

• Oversee daily operations of a large-scale care program, ensuring delivery targets and patient outcomes are consistently achieved.
• Lead, grow, and scale a multi-disciplinary team, including case managers, nurses, and behavioral health providers.
• Manage the P&L for the service line, including unit economics, resource allocation, and operational budgets.
• Design and optimize workflows, staffing models, and processes to balance scalability, efficiency, and patient experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in product, clinical, finance, and growth to operationalize new initiatives.
• Introduce and monitor performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including KPI rollouts, team restructuring, and operational improvements.
