Position Summary :

Associate Minister position at Chillicothe Christian Church. Our

Our church is currently seeking a leader to share the gifts God has

given them to serve as a vital member of the pastoral / executive team,

supporting the Lead Pastor in providing spiritual leadership, member

care, and administrative oversight while also being a champion of the

CCC's mission and vision. This role includes preaching, teaching,

discipling, and assisting in the development and execution of

ministries that advance the church's mission. The ideal candidate is a

committed follower of Christ with a servant's heart, strong leadership

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ministry Leadership
• Assist in planning and leading worship services, including preaching

on a rotating schedule.

small groups, discipleship, outreach, youth ministry, depending on

strengths of the candidate and church needs).

studies, discipling, and leadership training and development.

individuals in times of need (e.g., illness, grief, crisis).

Qualifications :

Scripture and a commitment to disciple making

accredited seminary (or working toward completion) desired

intergenerational congregation

Core Competencies :

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $50,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience
