The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering Center of Excellence (PACE) are actively seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their core team as an Experienced Facilities Analyst supporting performance to plan tracking, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong finance skills, a deep understanding of project management and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment across the country. In this role, you will be able to make a significant impact by ensuring service delivery, asset planning, and long-range business planning are executed flawlessly. You will work closely with a diverse cross-functional team, including engineers, planners, project managers, finance professionals, procurement specialists, maintenance experts, site business partners, and GREF leaders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing critical deliverables, implementing quality controls and providing performance cost reporting.
