Manager, E-Commerce Platforms

The Manager, eCommerce Platforms drives the strategic vision, development, and optimization of the company's digital commerce ecosystem. This role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms that enhance customer experience and support growth. Partnering closely with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, the Manager aligns technology solutions with business goals to advance digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Define and execute a comprehensive eCommerce platform strategy aligned with company growth objectives and the broader digital roadmap
• Lead omnichannel and mobile-first initiatives to optimize conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee platform architecture, integrations, and system reliability to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing experiences.
• Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies such as headless commerce, APIs, and AI-driven personalization and data analytics to enhance user experience and drive business results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts to optimize value and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless end-to-end digital experiences and consistent brand execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts to optimize value, service quality, and performance outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure platform performance, customer behavior, and ROI, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
