We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Loves Park, IL. Responsibilities :

• Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of approximately 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to handle payroll-related tasks, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
• Monitor payroll systems to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including tax documents and benefit deductions.
• Generate payroll reports for management and assist with audits as needed.
• Stay informed about payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide support for payroll inquiries and offer solutions to employee concerns regarding compensation.
• Participate in cross-training to ensure continuity of payroll operations.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing for medium to large organizations.
• Expertise in managing multi-state payroll systems and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, including tax laws and reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to handle payroll for over 500 employees.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll-related tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and employees.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
