Responsibilities and Duties :

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.

Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Self-motivated and self-starter

Works well under direction of supervisor

Able to perform the work him or herself

Requirements :

3+ years of Residential Plumbing Service Technician Experience ( required )

Experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems ( required )

Backflow certified or able to obtain with in 1 year of employment

Must have hand tools and reliable transportation (required)

Experience with using tablets and cellphones

Experience using scheduling tools ( required )

Experience using ServiceTitan ( preferred )

Must have a clean 3-year driving record

Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving.

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently.

The right individual will be an experienced plumbing service technician with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They would excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer / client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a “no excuses, make it happen” attitude.
