What you'll do :

• Manage and lead all patient access onsite staff across registration points at the facility.
• Oversee daily operations within designated areas of the patient access department to ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Serve as the facility liaison between hospital and central business office (cbo) to expedite billing and collections processes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on delivering quality care and exceptional service.
