Benefits Plan Analyst

A company is looking for a Benefits Plan Analyst to support their System Configuration and Plan Build Team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze benefit plan documents and translate provisions into internal documentation

Create plan summaries and benefit mapping documents for new groups and renewals

Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and clarify plan setup needs

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefit plan analysis or related healthcare operations

Strong ability to read and interpret complex benefit plan documents

Familiarity with benefit plan design concepts and healthcare regulations

Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
