Job Duties :

\nThe Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration with the Hospice Clinical Director to ensure timely delivery of patient care and to improve clinical / quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

\nThe Clinical Coordinator also functions as a clinical resource and mentor for the Hospice nursing staff.

\nThe position serves as back-up for our Clinical Director as needed.\n\n \n\n Required :
