Responsible for any one or more of the following title processes supporting the consumer and commercial portfolios : Provide support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions. These exceptions include, but are not limited to : state to state transfers, name changes, lease to loan conversions.
