    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Mississippi or compact state\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
  • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification\n
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification\n
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification\n
  • Fetal Monitoring certification\n
  • Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the healthcare facility\n
  • All required certifications must be submitted with your application\n

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery\n
  • Monitor and assess fetal and maternal vital signs, responding promptly to any changes\n
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Administer medications and assist with labor and delivery procedures as needed\n
  • Educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process, postpartum care, and newborn health\n
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system\n
