As a Security Professional Healthcare Patrol Driver in Santa Ana CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare setting you will play a critical role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for all who visit and work at the location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and interacting with staff patients and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. You will be expected to address access control needs monitor badge activity and respond promptly to any security-related concerns that arise. This position requires you to drive as part of your duties supporting the overall mission of Allied Universal through teamwork reliability and a people-first approach. Pay Rate : $19.21 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate healthcare and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established protocols for healthcare environments.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential disruptions.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity hazards or maintenance needs within the healthcare location.
  • Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal management to support a secure environment for patients staff and visitors.

    Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Possession of a valid Guard Card is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
