POSITION SUMMARY :

A skilled, licensed Master Plumber who takes pride in transforming lower levels into beautiful, functional living spaces. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to lead plumbing installations, troubleshoot and repair systems, and ensure that all work complies with local and state codes. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every project is safe, efficient, and delivers the exceptional results that Basements Plus is known for. This is a hands-on role that also requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering a remodeling experience no one else can.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Plumbing Installation & Maintenance

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential construction projects

Ensure all work meets or exceeds Michigan Plumbing Code and all applicable safety and permitting requirements

Work closely with project managers, homeowners, designers, and trade partners to ensure smooth installation and integration of plumbing work into the broader remodeling process

Accurately document work completed, materials used, and inspection results
