POSITION TITLE : Visual Production Assistant

LOCATION : New York, NY

JOB TYPE : Full-Time, On-site

POSITION SUMMARY : To assist the visual production team with all events, shoots, and window displays.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of how to use basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, etc.
• Organizing budgets and tracking packages for all projects
• Helping source items for windows, photoshoots, and events
• Assist with logistics and vendors for all projects
• Create large-scale graphics; knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop required
• Create promotional vinyls for all store doors
• Installing window displays in NYC area, including large-scale graphics
• Assist with visuals on set for photo shoots
• Maintaining office appearance; organizing visual closet
