Description :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program is required.

A diploma, M.S., or B.S. degree in Physical Therapy is required.

A valid license to practice or eligibility to practice in the State of Maine is required.

A valid Maine driver’s license is required.

Previous patient care experience is preferred.

CPR / Basic Life Support Certification is required.
