About the Role :

Join a high-volume payroll team responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution. The Payroll Operations Coordinator helps manage employee time reporting, audit payroll activity, and supports payroll-related financial tasks.

Key Tasks :

• Prepare and enter payroll adjustments and exceptions.
• Verify timecard entries to ensure policy compliance.
• Address payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll deductions and support distribution of payroll funds.
• Assist with leave-of-absence pay situations and documentation review.
