Initiate maintenance and safety programs for a variety of facility equipmentBe responsible for the preventative maintenance of machinery to include HVACOversee the cleanliness of our gyms done by our janitorial staffKeep compliant and aware of all changes with regulatory agencies like OSHADemonstrate awareness and knowledge of all emergency proceduresManage all aspects of the buildings, exterior grounds, equipment, inventory overall facilityProcess and oversee deliveriesManage maintenance and janitorial staff, to include housekeepingPlan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates for the facilityThere are some MUST HAVES :
High school diploma (Trade School or college work highly preferred)Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines working accurately at a fast paceAbility to read, analyze and interpret complex plans and layoutsAbility to solve practical problemsAble to deal with multiple variablesOrganizational skills and attention to detailsAbility to deliver complex topics to management, clients and / or public groupsASK YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES..
