Shifts Available : Days, Nights, Weekends

We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate care team at Prairie House Living Center, a trusted long-term care and rehabilitation center in Plainview, Texas. Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

Monitor and report changes in resident health and behavior.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Requirements :

Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing.

Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred (but not required).

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
