As a Sales & Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers through their digital car purchase journey. You'll act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion of customer satisfactionall while enjoying great pay, bonus potential, and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase with clarity, confidence, and care.
• Answer questions, explain next steps, and provide timely updates via phone, text, and email.
• Help customers understand financing options, set accurate expectations, and collect essential documents like driver's licenses and insurance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customers feel heard, respected, and valued.
• Keep detailed notes, manage timelines, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
