Shift Schedule : 36 / 48 schedule (alternating weekly)

Patient Ratios : 1 : 2

Assignment Length : As needed (start date on job is the required start date)

Orientation : Bi-weekly

License Requirement : KY or Compact RN License

Distance Requirement : Must reside 100+ miles from facility
