Provide direct care in accordance with departmental policiesAddress the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of residentsReport and document changes in resident conditionsAssist physicians during rounds, exams, and proceduresAccurately transcribe and implement physician ordersRespond effectively in emergency situations (CPR, fire, elopement, etc.)Supervise and train nurse aides and new LPNs / Med TechsMaintain respectful, cooperative working relationshipsPractice efficient time management and demonstrate flexibilityAssist with clerical tasks, audits, and survey prepRequirements :
Completion of a state-approved LPN program and current PA LPN licenseBasic CPR certificationExperience in a care facility is a plus, but not requiredPassion for elder care and a heart for serviceIntegrity, patience, and compassionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAAPhysically able to meet job demands (lifting, pushing med cart, bending, kneeling, etc.)
