Transformation Strategy Lead

A company is looking for a Transformation and Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of the OKR process and coach teams on goal-setting practices

Collaborate with leaders to embed the Product Operating Model and promote cultural shifts

Coordinate portfolio-level operations and manage communications to enhance engagement and transparency

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, product operations, or product leadership roles

Expertise in OKR frameworks and implementation

Familiarity with modern product methodologies such as Agile and Lean

Strong portfolio-level operational skills for managing meetings and communications

Ability to build scalable systems while meeting teams where they are
