StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;10;12 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday - Friday, 8s, 10s, 12s (8s are their priority); Minimum of 30 hours per week, Not looking at PRN candidates
• Required Cases : general, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, pediatrics Ear Nose Throat, Obstetrics, Catheterization laboratory, IR (stroke), neurology, general, CV (doc only) vascular, pain
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : Care Team (Medical direction)
• Credentialing Timeframe : up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license : Active Illinois State License required
