LOCATION : Stevens, PA

Hours : (1st Shift)

Monday - Friday 6 am - 2 : 30 pm with overtime as needed : including some Saturdays.

As a meat packaging laborer, you will work in a fast-paced production environment, performing manual labor on all aspects of the packaging of various meat products. All laborers will be required to assist in any department (other than their primary department) when and where their assistance is required. All employees are required to work in a safe manner.

Essential Functions :

Marking product bins, cages, and carts with identifying code information.

Must be capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. frequently and pushing / pulling fully loaded meat cages & product bins.

Document all production-related activities about the Product Traceability Computer System.

Keeps work area neat, clean, and hazard-free.

Consistent & reliable attendance.

Must have the ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Should have a good understanding of health, safety, and basic hygiene rules.

Good powers of observation to spot problems with produce the ability to maintain. Concentration for repetitive tasks.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Should have good teamwork skills, the ability to work alone, and a willingness to work flexibly.
