We are a restoration and garment care company specializing in helping families and businesses recover personal belongings after fires, floods, and other disasters. Our services include textile restoration, electronics cleaning, and hard-contents restoration. We also operate two laundromat / dry-cleaning facilities in the area.

Operations Team Lead Full Time $28.85 an hour

Schedule : MondayFriday (No weekends; on-call availability required for emergency restoration events)

Start Date : ASAP (to allow time for comprehensive hands-on training)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Operations Team Lead who is eager to learn every aspect of the business. This position requires someone who is team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to jump into any task when needed. You will gain a full understanding of the restoration process, dry cleaning operations, and laundromat workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and master all operational processes, including textile, electronics, and hard-contents restoration
• Dry cleaning operations
• Laundromat procedures
• Assist with and manage restoration claims in partnership with insurance providers
• Support, coach, and collaborate with team members
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly across all service areas
• Step into different roles as needed to support the team
• Problem-solve and adapt to urgent or unexpected needs
• Packing, moving, inventory and labeling
