Building Engineer

Washington area Property Management firm located in Tysons, VA is seeking a fully qualified and trained lead building engineer for Northern Virginia properties. Must be able to service and repair self-contained VAV A / C systems, building automation systems, water source heat pumps and have experience with staff supervision and training and is self-sufficient working with minimal oversight. The individual should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing these duties.
