Psychiatric Technician I (Psych Tech 1) - PER DIEM

Harrisburg, PA 17111

Compensation rate : $13.75 - $16.60

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 year of paid or volunteer experience in a related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles, and recovery

driven service systems .

Description : Psychiatric Technicians work with and ensure the safety and welfare of adult residents in

the Residential Program, including mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. They participate in

carrying out residents’ treatment plan goals and assist with the treatment planning process, providing

support with direct care responsibilities.

Adult Behavior Health Services – ABH

Helping people overcome their addictions and behavioral health problems. WeMerakey offer a range of

services in adult behavioral health, which includes mental health and / or addiction recovery services.

We provide services both in the community and at facility locations, offering treatment and support

that focuses on recovery.
