Tire manufacturing company is looking for an entry-level Jr. Credit Specialist to support their team! Great opportunity for limited experienced graduates that are looking to get their foot in the door with accounting and finance! Qualifications : Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or any other related field of study Internship or work experience in accounting or finance related roles Must have experience with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS).

Job Description : We are seeking a Junior Credit Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer credit files, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collection of amounts owed. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle heavy reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve billing issues effectively. Responsibilities include :

• Create, update, and maintain customer credit files with the ability to understand financial statements.
• Create a matrix for customer credit limits.
• Monitor accounts receivable and take necessary action to assure timely collection and improve customer service.
• Conduct heavy reconciliation of customer accounts at a detailed level and resolve billing issues to reduce residuals and past due items.
• Communicate with external and internal customers via phone and email.
• Serve as a backup for cash posting.
• Proactively report past due issues to the Credit Manager and upper management.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Ana, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr.
