The Cary Company is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to grow our  Texas territory , focusing on our  container, packaging, and filtration product lines .

This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region.

Compensation Base Salary :

• $60,000–$70,000 Commission : $15,000–$20,000 (with potential to exceed $100,000 total compensation as territory develops) You Are Someone Who… Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need Is curious and eager to learn our product lines and technologies Thrives on quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships Maintains a positive attitude and excels at juggling multiple projects Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement Resides in Texas You Bring… A self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation A college degree—or equivalent experience from the “school of hard knocks.” We’re looking for the best fit, not just a diploma.
