About the Position

Looking for a Director of General Dentistry for a Residency Program

Dental School is seeking a full-time faculty member to serve as Director of General Dentistry at its Community Service Learning Center in Lillington, NC. The School of Dental Medicine includes 10 administrative offices and four academic departments, with an innovative approach to dental education.

The Director will provide leadership and oversight for all educational and clinical activities at the center while delivering a full range of general dentistry services in an underserved community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee clinical operations as both a provider and mentor to dental students and AEGD residents.
• Lead and supervise educational and clinical activities at a state-of-the-art dental education and care facility.
• Collaborate with a highly functioning team to provide access to care for underserved populations and ensure high-quality education for students and residents.
• Support an innovative educational model where students and residents gain extensive hands-on experience in a community clinic setting.
